policy & etiquette


Please be mindful that this is a safe, non-judgemental environment for all who enter our doors.  Please respect your fellow clients’ space and personal belongings.

  • Hygiene is important! Please keep your body and clothes (especially socks) fresh and clean.

  • Silence all cell phones and leave them in your bag or locker. Texting is NOT allowed during class.

  • Remove shoes before entering a practice room.

  • Wear socks for all Apparatus-based classes.

  • Class registration reserves your spot in class, not a specific machine. Apparatus is available on a first come, first served basis. 

  • After class, please wipe down all equipment, including props, that you used and return to original location/position.


Full Payment is due by Date of Service.

A Minimum 24-hour notice must be given when cancelling/rescheduling appointments and group classes. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment/class, you are charged for the service.  If you have an Unlimited Membership, your credit card will automatically be charged a $15 late cancellation fee per class.

Up to 2 people are allowed on the waitlist should a class be full.  If a spot becomes available and you are added to the class, you will be notified based on your notification settings (i.e. text and/or email.)  All cancellation policies apply.

Classes are forfeited 5 minutes after the scheduled start time if you are not present.  You are responsible for any late cancellation fees that apply for all forfeited classes.

If you are on a waitlist for a class, you can occupy any vacancies 5 minutes after the class has begun.

All Class and Private Session Packages have expiration dates based on date of purchase.  Please see Package Terms & Conditions for specifics.  NO extensions will be given.

Instructor assignments and class schedule are subject to change without notice.

Classes with low enrollment are subject to cancellation per management discretion.  If a class you are registered for has been cancelled, you will be notified in a timely manner based on your notification settings (i.e. text and/or email) and you will NOT be charged for the class.

All sales are final and non-transferrable.  There are no refunds or partial refunds for paid services.

Parking: You can park on the street or in the rear of the building.  All parking is free.
