Tips on managing your Pilates account

Accessing our system (called Pike13) for the First Time

  • If you are a CURRENT CLIENT, you will receive a “We are so excited!” email invitation to access your account. 

  • In the message, click on the link, https://pilatesandcompany.pike13.com/welcome

  • Enter your email address.

  • Click Next

  • Check your email for a Confirmation email.

  • Open the confirmation email and click “confirm your email address.”

  • You will be redirected to Pike13 and prompted to create a password and enter other required Client Profile information.

  • Enter the information and click FINISH.

  • Once you click FINISH, you’re logged into your Pike13 account and taken to your Dashboard.  

    • Under Important Notices, click Complete a waiver before your next visit. Review the Pilates & Company waiver and click Sign.

 

“Your Stuff”: On your DASHBOARD you will see:

  • Current Plans/Passes (any active packages and/or memberships)

  • Bills (any outstanding payments due)

  • Upcoming Schedule (your upcoming registered classes and/or private session appointments)

                       

On the MENU on the RIGHT side of the screen you will see:

  • Dashboard – click here or Your Stuff (at top right) to navigate back to your Dashboard

  • Notifications – for example, a note from a staff member, a reminder that your package is about to expire, etc. Notifications are customizable – see below for more details.

  • Plans & Passes - your current and past purchases

  • Payment Methods - add credit card information here

  • Account Credit – lists any studio credit you may have

  • Subscribe to Calendar - allows you to save your bookings to your Google or iCal calendar

  • Activity – lists all of your activity via the software & emails you were sent via Pike13

  • Photos – upload a photo to your profile

  • Notes – view any Notes that Pilates & Company instructors/Front Desk staff has sent you

  • Past Visits – view a listing of all of your past visits to the studio.  Archived Past Visit data from MindBody will NOT be migrated into Pike13.

  • Bills – view all pending and closed invoices.  Past purchase data from MindBody will NOT be migrated into Pike13.

  • Signed Documents – view any documents that you’ve signed electronically (waiver, membership contracts, etc.)

  • Manage Another Person – only applicable if dependent/child attends Pilates & Company

  • Your Account – manage your password

Register for a Class

Note: Only your existing class schedule through March 16 will be migrated into Pike13. You will only be able to enroll in classes if you have an ACTIVE package/membership.  If not, you will be prompted to make a purchase.  Recurring booking is not an option at this time.  If you wish to be enrolled in a specific class on an ongoing basis, please contact the Front Desk for details about our “Class Reservation Hold” option.

  • Log into your account - https://pilatesandcompany.pike13.com and click “Sign In or Sign Up”

  • Click Schedule (you can customize your calendar view)

  • Click on the class you want to enroll in

  • Click ENROLL

  • Click FINISH

 

Book a Private Session

Note: All Private Sessions with Wendy must be scheduled through the Front Desk

  • Log into your account - https://pilatesandcompany.pike13.com and click “Sign In or Sign Up”

  • Click Private Training

  • Select the type of session you would like to book (eg 60min Private Session)

  • Select the Time/Date would like (eg afternoon on March 3rd)

  • Select the Time/Instructor you would like to book

  • If you have an ACTIVE package with available sessions, Click FINISH

  • If you do NOT have an ACTIVE package with available sessions, you will be prompted to make a purchase.  Follow the prompts and then click FINISH

 

Cancel a Class or Private Session Appointment

  • Log into your account - https://pilatesandcompany.pike13.com and click “Sign In or Sign Up”

  • From your Dashboard, view your Upcoming Schedule

  • Select the Class or Appointment you would like to cancel

  • Click the Red Cancel Registration button

  • If you are cancelling within the 24hr Late Cancel period, click the Red Late Cancel button

 

Purchase Classes or Private Sessions

Note: All Private Session Packages with Wendy must be purchased through the Front Desk.

•    Log into your account and click on Plans & Passes

•    Select the option you would like to purchase

•    Follow prompts

 

Customize my NOTIFICATIONS

Note: We HIGHLY recommend that you receive notifications via email and/or text for the following: Billing, Scheduling, “A staff member posts a note in a class, course, or appointment for you,” and “A staff member sends you a note.”

•    Log into your account - https://pilatesandcompany.pike13.com and click “Sign In or Sign Up”

•    From the MENU on the right side, choose Notifications

•    Click on Settings to customize when and how you receive Notifications

Parking: You can park on the street or in the rear of the building.  All parking is free.
